Riddle Manufacturing is located in ABBOTSFORD, British Columbia, Canada
just a short distance from the Canada/US border in Washington State,
USA.
- 2. Where do you ship?

We can ship orders anywhere in the world. However, the majority of
our orders are shipped within continental North America including
Canada and the United States.
- 3. How are shipments made?

Our shipments are sent out by fed ex or Freight. Please allow 2-3 weeks
for direct delivery to your door.
- 4. What are shipping costs?

To receive a reasonable shipping quote, please call: 1-855-400-2088. Shipping prices depend on your location.

- 8. Do the bunk beds meet up to revised
US standards?

Yes! Our beds uphold
mandatory safety requirements set out by the Consumer Products
Safety Commission, Code of Federal Regulations Part 1513. If you would
like a copy of these safety standards, contact

Buy a Bunk Bed from a reputable Manufacturer
or Dealer, who will stand behind the product for the
lifetime of the Bunk Bed. Determine if the Bunk
Bed meets the mandatory requirements of Consumer Products
Safety Commission, Code of Federal Regulations Part 1513.
Determine whether the Bunk Bed has a label as required
in 1513.5 Code of Federal Regulations. After your purchase
of the Bunk Bed, install it properly and use it correctly.
Check for the following features when
buying a Bunk Bed:

Any bed in which the underside of
the foundation is over 30 inches from the floor must
have guardrails on both sides and the wall side must
be continuous. |

Openings in the upper bunk must be
no more than 3.5 inches to prevent entrapment of
a child's head. |
- |
Openings in the lower bunk end structures
must be less than 3.5 inches, or if larger must permit
the free passage of both the child's torso and head.
The larger opening must pas a 9 inch sphere. |

The upper edge of the guardrails
shall be no less than 5 inches above the surface
of the maximum thickness mattress specified by the
Manufacturer of the bed. |

Bed ends must have the same 5 inch
rule for at least 50% of the distance between the
two end posts. |
- |
The mattress must be the proper size
as shown on a label affixed to the bed. The mattress
should be supported by strong slats, screwed into
the side rails. |

The bed should be made of strong
durable materials with edges that are smooth and
rounded. Shake the bed vigorously to be sure it is
firm and stable. |
Supervise safe use of Bunk Beds:

Children younger than 6 years should
not use the upper bunk. |
- |
Do not allow horse play on the upper
bunk. |
- |
Do not allow more than one person
at a time on the upper bunk. |
- |
Always use a ladder (built-in or
separate) to climb into the upper bunk. |
- |
Do not remove the Warning label which
provides important safety information. |
